They are seeking to recruit Customer Service Executives.
 

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1.Appointment slotting for prospective customers.
2.Understand the applicant requirement and provide appropriate advise / information
3.Documentation – scrutiny / checking and submission
4.Data Quality of application information submission
5.Biometrics – finger print scanning
6.Segregation of application as per service
7.Collection, handover & deposit of Cash for the day.
8.Delivery of application to mission on the same day.
9.Selling Value Added services

Qualifications

Excellent Communication Skills
2.Typing skills – 40- 45 WPM without any error
3.Excellent communications skills
4.Experience of working previously with hotel industry
5.Should be very high on customer service/satisfaction.
6.Customer service experience of 6 months – 1 year
7.Interested to work and learn
