Job Description

Position Overview: 

Develop and optimize the RTC strategy in order to increase retail Market Penetration and drive volume flows in the most effective and efficient way.   

External improvements to the way we sell, distribute and make available our products to our trade and consumers. 

Key Responsibility Areas: 

  • Development of efficient and effective RTC Model 
  • Market coverage – sales service footprint 
  • Market coverage - distribution footprint 
  • Distributor development, capacity and capability 
  • Best practice implementation 
  • Distributor management 
  • Distributor compensation 
  • Systems/Tools I.e. DMS 

Qualifications

Critical Success Factors: 

  • Achievement of the key RTC KPIs I.e. On Time in Full 
  • Stock Management at Distributor 
  • Close collaboration with sales structures 
  • Relationships with Distributors 
  • DMS, accurate and up to date master data and performance tracking, trade and market insights
