• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive sales marketing strategies
• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns exhibitions and promotional events
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
• Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

• 4 -6 years’ experience in business development, sales & Marketing and in depth understanding about the East African markets
• University degree in sales and marketing or equivalent OR Engineering degree (Mechanical)
• Good command of English and Kiswahili Languages
• Proficient in MS Office skills (Excel Word &PowerPoint)
• Ability to lead a team.
