Our client in an international leader in the electrical energy industry. They are seeking an Accounts & Administration Officer for their Kenya Office.


Job Description

  • Preparing deposits, processing payments, creating financial reports,
  • Assisting with the budget planning,
  • Preparing and submitting tax returns,
  • Maintaining financial databases spread sheets and carrying out basic secretarial duties.
  • Assist in administrative duties such as answer phones, greet customers, make appointments, file paperwork, perform data entry, scan documents, receive and sort mail,
  • Any other tasks that contribute to the function of the accounting department.
  • Preparing weekly and daily reports.

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Management
  • 2 years or more administrative &accounts experience.
  • Excellent communication, management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify issues and solutions and ensure timely task completion with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven capacity to perform and demonstrate a positive attitude as a team player
  • Excellent PC skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Tally Accounting software is an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal, written and communication skills. Proficient in English & Kiswahili.
