Job Description

  • Improve existing business by increasing profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Manage business deals from negotiation to close.
  • Monitor contracts implementation from contract performance, customer payment terms, to delivery terms.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Responsible for client servicing (Query management, Visa Invitation, Internal coordination etc.)
  • Responsible for achieving individual targets (corporate+ Insurance +government associations+ local doctors, Hospitals)
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

Qualifications

  • · At least 2 -3 years experience
  • · BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • · Ability to build rapport
