Job Description
- Improve existing business by increasing profitability and customer satisfaction
- Manage business deals from negotiation to close.
- Monitor contracts implementation from contract performance, customer payment terms, to delivery terms.
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
- Responsible for client servicing (Query management, Visa Invitation, Internal coordination etc.)
- Responsible for achieving individual targets (corporate+ Insurance +government associations+ local doctors, Hospitals)
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Qualifications
- · At least 2 -3 years experience
- · BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- · Ability to build rapport
