Company Description

Our client is an international NGO seeking to hire a Human Resource Assistant.

Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Serve visitors at the front desk by
greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately

2. Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing
basic information when needed

3. Receive and sort daily
mail/deliveries/couriers

4. Maintain security by monitoring logbook/
issuing visitor badges and controlling access via the reception desk

5. Any other duties as may be delegated by the directors.


Qualifications

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years’ experience in similar position • Strong
organizational skills;

• Ability to complete multiple tasks
simultaneously within short deadlines, while maintaining correct
priorities, tact, perseverance and organization;

• Ability to work in a
multi-cultural environment; possessing maturity, patience and
understanding;

• Ability to communicate in both English and Swahili •
Professional appearance

• Solid communication skills both written and
verbal • Basic skill for Microsoft Word and Excel
