Our client is a leading IT Company that specializes in the distribution of leading-edge IT products in the African market. They are looking for a IT Systems Engineer (Infrastructure) to join their team in Nairobi, Kenya.

Territory for cover: Kenya & East Africa

Potential travel: 50%

• · Support sales process of products and solutions and initiate sales
• · Provide insight, innovative technical ideas, architecture and technical expertise to the sales force
• · Develop relationships with partners
• · Provide technical specifications and designs as part of pricing and proposals to customers
• · Provide internal and external presentations

• · Technical degree or certification – technical orientation – a must
• · At least 5 yrs experience in similar discipline within a similar competitor organisation
• · At least 5 years technical architecture and product involvement experience
• · Technical operational experience within a customer environment – a plus
• · Strong English verbal and written skills
• · Savvy with Hardware, software, solutions and services.
• · Proven ability to achieve defined goals
• · Sales, presentation & negotiations experience
