They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team in Nairobi.

Job Description

  • The achievement of the SalesBudget & Focus Targets in ROA ( Rest of SubSaharanAfrica).
  • To promote, demonstrate and sell Equipment and Materials products within the Territory.
  • To develope strong dealernetworkthatcansupporttheproduct in theterritory
  • To complete all relevant paper work relating to all productssold.
  • To identifyandtargetcritical end-users/ keyopinionleaderswithin the Territory.
  • To formulatecountercampaigns, growthstrategiesandtoreporton competitor activity to the Commercial leaders of regional entity
  • To establish a workingrelationshipwithcriticalUniversities, Institutions and End-users.
  • To instigateandoperatemarketingprogrammes/ eventstogetherwiththeSales Managers.
  • To traindealersandtheircustomers in termsofproductoperationtogetherwith CEtrainers.
  • To assistwithsiteinspectionsandprojectplanningofcustomerspremisesandfacilities.
  • Follow up on latedealer payments

Qualifications

  • Degree in Sales or Marketing or business related industry.
  • Relevant working experience in a similar position as a sales manager selling dental or healthcare equipment.
  • Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales, Territory Management, Presentation Skills, Performance Management, Building Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Negotiation, Results Driven, Sales Planning, Managing Profitability
