Our Client is a leading international investment advisory company and a specialist firm. They provide investment advisory services to international investors and expatriates throughout Central, Eastern and Southern Africa. They are looking for 10 Financial Advisors to join their team in Nairobi.

Job Duties

• Meet with clients in person to discuss their financial goals
• Explain the types of financial services they provide to potential clients
• Educate clients and answer questions about investment options and potential risks
• Recommend investments to clients or select investments on their behalf
• Help clients plan for specific circumstances, such as education expenses or retirement Monitor clients’ accounts and determine if changes are needed to improve account performance or to accommodate life changes, such as getting married or having children

• Research investment opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree in an area such as accounting, business, finance, mathematics, actuarial science, law or economics.
• MUST have over 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Must be able to meet with prospective clients, do a full analysis of the prospect’s current situation, identify gaps in the prospect’s financial situation and then use network to recommend the appropriate solutions to fill the gap.
• Successful candidates must understand the need to service clients over the long-term, so we are looking for people that want to make a career out of this.
