Job Description

The Lead Generation Specialist plays a vital role in attracting the future of Realty ONE Group’s successful Real Estate Agents and contributing to our rapid growth as a company! Primary duties will be to engage with pre-established Realtor leads, qualify them as a prospective ROG Agent, and schedule meetings for prospects to meet with Branch Managers/Brokers for interviews.

This role has the potential opportunity to grow into a Talent Acquisition/Agent Recruiting position in the future with demonstrated success generating leads and exceeding metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective Real Estate Agents to convert pre-established leads into scheduled appointments with Branch Managers/Brokers.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their career desires, personality, and job fit to qualify them as prospective Real Estate Agents for Realty ONE Group.
  • Document all prospect interactions and follow up activity.
  • Communicate with Branch Managers/Brokers via multiple channels such as phone, email, or text to schedule appointments and provide feedback on phone conversations with prospects.
  • Provide ONEderful customer service with a warm, upbeat, and inviting phone presence.
  • Be a steward of the Realty ONE Group brand by promoting the company’s growth, awards and recognition, and most importantly- COOLture to all prospects.
  • Collaborate with the President of Brokerage Operations and Human Resources Generalist on strategy for lead generation, talent attraction, recruiting, and social media utilization.
  • Measure and track your daily lead generation activity against weekly, monthly, and quarterly productivity goals set by the President of Brokerage Operations.
  • Complete other job duties as assigned.

Compensation

  • Base wage of $19.00/hour-$20.00/hour
  • Bonus Opportunity: Potential to earn up to $4,000-6,000 per month in bonuses based on appointments scheduled and agents hired from scheduled appointments.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of Outbound Customer Service, Call Center, Sales, or Lead Generation experience required
  • Experience in Recruiting, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition is a PLUS!
  • Real Estate industry experience is desired, but not required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Highly proficient computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
  • Ability to use Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar for appointment scheduling and sending calendar invites.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

This is primarily a sedentary office classification and employees work in an office with moderate noise levels, controlled temperature conditions, and no direct exposure to hazardous physical substances.
