Project Planning and Management:

• Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value
• Document detailed business requirements including technical specifications for any given assignment. Candidate should leverage user stories and process flows as needed.
• Organize and lead project status and working meetings
• Prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues
• Correct deviations from plans
• Perform delivery planning for assigned projects.
• Learn and understand the current Technology Stack of our Legacy System, and propose solutions of how to improve upon it.

Team Management:

• Works dynamically with multiple stakeholders (internally and externally) to coordinate and gather requirements for reporting or project related tasks. Candidate should drive tasks to closure.
• Establishes appropriate governance and stakeholder involvement approaches for the project(s) to ensure consistent and effective communication as well as issue resolution, if needed.
• Manages business sponsorship expectations, understanding business drivers and, when required, negotiates changes to project scope, timing or resources to ensure that strategic solutions are delivered.
• Understand the SCRUM and AGILE methodologies for clear communication between the IT team and Project Manager.
• Actively participate in business reviews to ensure compatibility with systems and feasibility overall.
• Analyze and make recommendations on improving existing business processes as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business related fields.
• 3+ years work experience in a Project Management role preferred.
• 3+ years work experience in a Business Analyst role preferred.
• PMP Certification is a plus.
• Experience with business and technical requirements analysis and documentation.
• Be the liaison between the Business Team and the IT Development team.
• Driven and go-getter attitude.
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

Technical Qualifications:

• Ability to understand and use JIRA/ATLASSIAN for Project Management.
• Ability to understand SQL servers and databases.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Word.
• Proficient in using Cloud services such as Google, Amazon, and others.
• Experience with SSO, FTP Files, and API’s.

Physical Requirements:

• The employee must be able to bend, stoop, stand, and sit for various lengths of time. They must be able to pick up items up to 20 lbs. A clear speaking voice is necessary along with finger dexterity.

  This is primarily a sedentary office classification and employees work in an office with moderate noise levels, controlled temperature conditions, and no direct exposure to hazardous physical substances.

Cognitive Demands:

• Must be able to multi-task various projects at once while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
