3+ years of experience in an in-house talent acquisition role or 2+ years customer success in an HR Tech role
You’ve been in charge or an employee referral scheme before and delivered good results.
Able to work at our office in East London with the flexibility to work on site with clients in the UK and abroad.
About the Role:
You’d be working for Real Links, a VC backed company that helps to transform hiring for companies by leveraging the power of employee referrals through the use of an innovative software platform.
We are already working with some of the UK’s largest enterprises including Lloyds Pharmacy and have a strong pipeline of new deals ready to close.
We’re looking for a talent acquisition specialist who would be interested in making the move into the tech world by helping our clients turn employee referrals into their most successful hiring channel by using the Real Links service.
You’ll be the go to person for onboarding new clients and new pilots - part hiring consultant and part implementation manager for our world-class employee referral platform.
You’ll work with customers to understand the key hiring problems that they are facing and define a success criteria and a path to achieve their goals.
You’ll frequently meet with customer employees, running focus groups to understand their unique drivers and motivations and develop a reward structure and communication plan to match them.
No two implementations will be the same, you will listen to customers while also championing the needs and wants of their employees.
You’ll love thinking on your feet and using your imagination and ingenuity to create new and exciting referral campaigns for each customer.
You’ll be confident and outgoing, with the ability to hold the room and challenge customers’ existing beliefs in a thought provoking, yet friendly way.
You’ll enjoy training customers on the Real Links referral methodology and platform so they continue to get success from the service over the long term.
You will own multiple customer relationships with key responsibilities ensuring customer satisfaction, measuring KPIs and building long-term partnerships with Real Links.
You’ll be excited by the idea of working in a small team but with huge growth potential as you take ownership of one of the key parts of the business, with the potential to build a team around you.
Meeting with customers and discussing their hiring problems and goals and then together creating a successful employee referral hiring channel.
Meeting with customers’ employees in focus groups to devise and implement creative and exciting rewards structures.
Training customers on how to use the product and Real Links methodology.
Helping our customers to get more hires through the employee referral channel.
Helping to implement and project manage the delivery of the Real Links service to our customers.
Providing input and feedback to the product team to continue to build the best employee referral product in the market.
Developing a trusted advisor relationship with customers, to help support them reach their hiring goals.
Identify and own opportunities for customer growth and expansion opportunities for the Real Links service.
Providing customer support, liaising between product and sales teams to ensure our clients are happy with the service.
Improving the pre-sales and onboarding processes and reducing customer churn.
