Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, driven, high calibre innovators and problem solvers of the future to join our graduate programme which commences in October 2024. We will offer you an initial 2 year contract, with a view to you gaining a permanent career with Reaction Engines after completion.

You will work on various projects supporting our programmes through detailed design & analysis, assembly, integration and test phases.

During our graduate scheme you will undertake placements in all engineering disciplines & work on a variety of real-world, cutting edge projects.

The scheme is open to graduates with a degree in a STEM subject, including a Natural Science, Mathematics or Engineering.

Qualifications

To be successful you'll need:

  • Qualified to degree level in a STEM subject, including a Natural Science, Mathematics or Engineering.
  • Able to follow and carry out basic engineering hand calculations
  • Proficient in the use of Windows and MS Office
  • Delivered presentations of technical work to reviewers
  • Must be able to work equally well unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Must have a collaborative approach to engineering & innovation
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Able to communicate at all levels of the business and with suppliers and customers
  • Must be adaptable to new projects and design directions
  • A positive and flexible attitude to get the job done
