Graduate Supply Chain Administrator

Job Description

Are you looking to start a career within Supply Chain? We have an exciting opportunity for our established Client based in Gillingham to join them on a full time, permanent basis as a Supply Chain Administrator.

Duties include:

·Managing receipt of Customer orders

·Stock analysis

·Customer liaison

·Maintenance of business data

·Raising of Assembly orders, invoices and communication with Operations

·Assistance for stock taking and reconciliation

·General administrative support for Supply Chain Department

Education / Skills / Attributes:

·Ideally degree educated within Supply Chain (a similar discipline)

·Excellent MS Office skills, most notably Excel

·People and Organisational skills

·Ability to work under pressure in a results driven environment

·Flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the business

·Personable telephone manner

Working 8am – 5pm with an hour for lunch.
