Conveyancing Legal Secretary
Job Description
Our prestigious client requires an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their Gravesend office.
The role will involve but not be limited to;
·Full secretarial support
·Audio transcription
·Submitting searches
·Typing/Correspondence and document work alongside the preparation of legal forms
·Diary management
·Handling telephone enquiries from clients and/or third parties
·Meeting and greeting clients
Knowledge of the following will be advantageous
·Land Registry Portal
·BigHand
·Oyez Forms
·Searchflow and/or Partner 4 Windows
The successful candidate must have excellent computer literacy and able to work under own initiative.Suitable candidates should also possess the ability to communicate at all levels.
Working Monday – Friday.
