Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Junior Programmatic Trader at Mantis, you’ll play a crucial role within our Revenue Operations team, helping to drive the success of all operational and analytical functions. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing programmatic trading strategies across various digital advertising platforms, ensuring the seamless functionality and performance of our programmatic advertising products.
Your day-to-day will involve diving into data to extract actionable insights that influence business decisions. You'll use advanced analytics techniques to analyze datasets related to digital advertising campaigns, audience behavior, and content performance. You’ll also create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate key findings to both internal stakeholders and clients. Your work will directly impact the way we optimize campaigns and drive business growth.
You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with various teams to make sure we continue delivering top-tier digital advertising solutions, while ensuring the smooth running of all our operations.
Qualifications
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a passion for digital technology, as well as strong analytical skills that will enable you to interpret and understand complex datasets. You should be highly numerate, with the ability to draw insights from data and make informed decisions based on your findings.
You’ll need a solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including ad-serving, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and exchanges. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, especially Excel or Sheets, will be key for working with data effectively. If you’ve had experience using analytical or digital advertising software, that’s a plus!
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where things are always changing, and you’ll need to thrive in a collaborative team setting, even if some of your colleagues are located elsewhere in the UK.
