Job Description

- Expert Handling: Set up, run, and monitor all equipment within the Reelstand area.
- Precision Work: Carry out remedial and calibration work as needed to maintain optimal performance.
- Team Player: While you'll often work autonomously, collaboration with our dynamic team is essential.
- Initiative Mastery: Use your initiative to prioritize tasks effectively and ensure seamless operations.
- Comprehensive Understanding: Gain expertise in S.S.O.W Awareness, Reelstand operations, and control panels.
- Maintenance Magic: Perform folder cleaning and manage plating/de-plating press operations.
- Technical Savvy: Understand impositions, ink/water balance, and execute console training.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks during production, focusing on ink densities to ensure our high standards are met.
Qualifications
- A complete understanding of Press operational systems
- Analytical approach to problem solving
- Work on own initiative or part of a team
- Basic Understanding diagrams/technical drawings
- Flexibility to carry out both technical and press production roles
