Would you like to Join Reach in newly a created position, offering your expert advise to take Reach's social video's to new heights?

As our Social Video Analyst, you'll be at apart of our excellent Studio team driving reporting and insights for our dynamic video content across major platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube. You will dive deep into social video analytics for Reach's major brands, uncovering trends, celebrating successes, and identifying areas for growth.

In this pivotal role, you will create standalone bespoke reports and dashboards for Studio teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring that the data is visualised in a clear and accessible format.

Please note this is a Hybrid position 2 days per week at our London HQ

Job Description

  • Develop Reach’s social credentials to take to market and media agencies to help win more commercial partnerships (as a group, but also for specific brands like Curiously & OK!)
  • Be the business expert across all the major social analytics tools including Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Snap Studio, TikTok Analytics and X Analytics and third party
  • Produce weekly social reports for all of Reach’s major brands covering key metrics such as reach, impressions, follower growth, video views, engagements and revenue
  • Use this data to provide learnings and recommendations to wider teams and key personnel across Reach Studio
  • Work with large data sets across the major social platforms to provide in-depth insights; from YoY growth, to specific demographic and revenue growth on a specific brand
  • Create standalone bespoke reports and dashboards for Studio teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring that the data is visualised in a clear and accessible format 

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of social video analytics and the ability to pull reports from native platforms as well as from Tubular Labs and Conviva  
  • Excellent understanding of indirect revenues strategies across social and video
  • Excellent knowledge of output quality, current trends and how that differs by platform
  • Good knowledge in paid social across Meta, TikTok, YouTube & Snap
  • Strong awareness of emerging social platforms and content consumption patterns 
  • Organic social as an industry and how to maximise engagement and reach 
  • Background in social media analytics and analysis at an agency or media business

Technical Skills:

  • Excellent understanding of Google Sheets/Excel
  • Understanding of Business Managers across Meta, TikTok, YouTube & Snap
  • Understanding of operated and owned platforms and how to produce insight reports
  • Ability to plug-in APIs (where necessary) and deep dive into big data reports
