Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for conducting analysis and developing performance measuring frameworks in order to refine activity and drive results within the Customer Marketing team.

  • To establish and maintain effective tracking systems to collate key forecasting, performance, revenue, campaign spend vs return tracking for the wider Customer Marketing Team, in order to drive insight and performance.
  • To deliver regular reports and ad hoc analysis outlining premium and active customer performance for use by core stakeholders and the wider business
  • Able to track and make clear recommendations on trends in product yields, price setting and future trading influences
  • To support the teams through monitoring and investigating data to highlight and flag anomalies, trends, potential impacts and opportunities
  • Keep abreast of what is happening in the wider market and how that may affect Reach’s core business and strategic decision making 
  • First point of contact for ad-hoc data inquiries and requests
  • The ability to deliver all of the above in an appropriate format for the intended audience, whether a spreadsheet, presentation or dashboard.
  • Be a positive, proactive spokesperson for the Customer Marketing team and our objectives at all times

Qualifications

  • Ability to translate complex data into user-friendly information to guide decision-making
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
  • A common sense and logical approach to problem-solving
  • Comfortable working with numbers and a keen eye for identifying data patterns
  • A genuine interest in digital publishing, premium subscription products 
  • Experience working on digital subscriptions, media, publishing, or related industries is a plus
  • Experience using analytics tools (like Amplitude) - and the ability to quickly get to grips with other analytics packages - to analyse data, interpret trends and deliver actionable insights
  • Experience of any of the following would be advantageous. RevenueCat, Substack, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat Ad Manager, AppsFlyer
  • Experience working on paid campaign attributions,  digital subscriptions, apps and premium products desirable
