Reach Plc are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to join the customer team. This role is to recommend, execute, track and optimise the use of paid and in house channel strategies for each campaign’s objectives effectively.

Job Description
Working collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders this role you will use your expert paid and house channel knowledge to recommend the best strategies to use in achieving each project’s objectives, whilst executing, tracking and optimising their implementation.
Responsible for detailed by channel forecasting & performance analysis
Deliver activity to budget and on time, ensuring finance team have full sight of forecasted spend and actuals, and invoices are uploaded, tracked and appropriately paid in a timely manner
Expert analysis, insight and reporting delivered to key stakeholders
Identify pain points to creatively improve non-performing areas
Ensure all messaging and activity is on brand, and maintains multi-channel consistency of campaigns
To maximise platform and system learnings, sharing best practices and guiding the wider teams on strategies for success
Day to day contact with paid partner platforms: Meta, X (Twitter), TikTok, Snapchat, Taboola, Apple News, Google Ad Manager
Lead test and learn projects informing best practices, bringing new ideas, adding channels and testing trends.
Scope out and identify new platforms, tools and systems to improve performance.
Be a positive, proactive spokesperson for the Customer at all times
Demonstrate the Customer Marketing team values in all that you do

Please note this role is not a people management role. It is a very hands on, direct execution of campaigns.
Qualifications
Skills
A very strong grasp of digital marketing tools, paid social platforms and ad managers, strategies with a proven ability to deliver these effectively from concept to execution on time and within budget
Demonstrable management of multi-channel marketing and brand campaigns ideally in publishing / media subscriptions / product industry
Able to deliver from concept to execution on time and within budget
Hands on knowledge of Google Analytics and GAM, Meta Ad Manager, Twitter, Tik Tok and Snapchat, Tableau, Excel is a must! Knowledge of Amplitude would also be an advantage!
Excellent communication and relationship building and management of complex project with sharp problem solving and decision making skills
Excellent prioritisation and time-management skills
Attention to detail, calm under pressure, creative, innovative and excited by a challenge
Proactive can-do attitude, flexible, willing to try new things and raise the bar
Experience of subscription acquisition and retention activity as distinct advantage
Meta Certified, Google Analytics and Ad Manager Certified would be an advantage
