Are you a skilled and experienced Pressroom Shift Manager looking for a new opportunity?
We're currently seeking a talented individual to join our team and take on the role of Pressroom Shift Manager. As a key member of the Print Services Team at Reach Plc, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational and technical aspects of the pressroom during your shift, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and quality are maintained at all times.

- S.S.O.W Awareness.
- Reelstand Operations.
- Reelstand Control Panel Adjustments.
- Understanding Impositions.
- Plating and De-plating Press.
- Press set up and presets.
- Folder settings and adjustments.
- Start press and achieve good copy from cold.
- Set and maintain web tensions.
- Maintain ink / water balance.
- Monitor quality and adjust register controls.
- Carry out all aspects of R&C.
- Inprint / Event Logging / EAE job set up.
- Press production responsibility.
Qualifications
- A complete understanding of Press operational systems
- Analytical approach to problem solving
- Work on own initiative or part of a team
- Basic Understanding diagrams/technical drawings
- Flexibility to carry out both technical and full press production roles
