As our business continues to change and grow, so does our HR team. We have an exciting new opportunity for a HR Systems Advisor to join our HR Shared Services function on a permanent basis.
This role is home working and we are therefore open to candidates based across the UK.
Job Description
Working completely remotely (from home) the successful HR Systems Advisor will be an integral part of the HRS team, predominantly supporting 1st and 2nd line support to users of HR and Payroll Systems. Candidates applying for this role must have experience in using Resourcelink.
Within this role, you will work with all functions across the business, gaining a firm understanding of their functions and roles in order to obtain well rounded knowledge of tasks and regularly reviewing processes with stakeholders to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Other responsibilities Include...
- To raise and manage system incidents in a timely and appropriate manner.
- To liaise with 3rd parties to resolve incidents, problems and defects.
- To troubleshoot and replicate issues to aid in solutions and future proofing.
- To provide advice and guidance on system functionality and best use practices.
- Support and contribute to projects as a subject matter expert and where appropriate lead on systems based solutions.
- To lead on the development of new functionality within our systems.
- To keep abreast of provider roadmaps, updates and new functionality.
Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate...
- Must have experience using Resourcelink
- Experience being first point of contact for HR systems users
- Confident communicating technical process and proposals to variety of audiences and stakeholders
- Previous experience of being key member of project team and in delivering HR Systems projects
- Knowledge of process mapping
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills including VLookup’s, Pivot tables, VBA knowledge
- Eye for detail and high level of accuracy
- Experience using SQL desirable but not essential
