The Role:
Main purpose of role:
Drive the company ambition and growth plan through Winning Marketing in digital and in-store in the UK
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
·Integrate seamlessly and operate as one team with the UK team and with the wider EMEA regional team
·Accelerate conversion in-store, online with retailers and in their own direct-to-consumer channels.
·Plan, execute and manage winning marketing campaigns with consumers and with their trade customers with excellence
·Align ROI based marketing plans and campaigns with EMEA leadership team to
·Drive holistic brand communication in everything they do in the UK market
·Lead marketing measurement for UK and share best practices throughout the EMEA organisation
·Manage the regional product portfolio to deliver profitable growth together with the UK team
·Lead the planning, execution, measurement and relationship with relevant 3rd party agencies. In particular the online marketing agency.
·Drive understanding of the consumer needs in categories better than anyone in the industry in the UK
Educational Qualifications Required:
·Degree level or equivalent professional qualification in Marketing / Business
Previous Job Experience Required:
·Minimum 4-5 year’s online marketing experience in a fast-paced premium consumer goods environment or in an agency environment
·Minimum 7-8 years marketing experience
·Evidence of having executed major marketing campaigns whilst leading / working within a cross functional team
Key Skills Required:
·Analytical focussed, numbers driven
·Digitally savvy, understanding the Google Marketing stack in detail
·Strong financial and business acumen
·Strong project management skills
·Experience where possible of working with external agencies
Other Requirements:
·Approx. 10% travel required to Germany.
