Job Description

Position Overview/Scope of Operation:

Daily responsibilities are squarely centered on responsive handling of our customer’s needs in an efficient, courteous and professional manner - including managing all aspects of production on assigned projects from inception through close-out, including, but not limited to: managing proposals, budgeting and approvals from clients, equipment, labor and oversight of all aspects of the project, along with a combination of both vendor and client contact. The Project Manager will also be expected to make key contributions to our success by working on special projects that will be identified by ReGreen Corporation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• I• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks. 

• Proactively manage scope to ensure delivery on customer commitments. 

• Ensure management approval of changes to scope. 

• Ensure client Service Level Agreements are met on a daily basis.

• Manage the overall project schedule to ensure work is assigned and completed as per committed dates.

• Create project schedules. 

• Manage multiple teams of commercial lighting installers.

• Perform job site inspections.

• Enforce safety program and conduct safety meetings.

• Attend meetings with clients, management, internal team and installation crews.

• Perform lighting audits (when necessary).

• Must be able to read and understand blueprints.

• Communicate with warehouse for shipment confirmation and special delivery instructions.

• Locating specification sheets, pricing and availability using client/contractor provided part numbers.

• Responsible for reviewing vendor quotes and assembling quotes for submittal to the client.

• Must be able to follow Lighting Project Plans from start to finish and ensure shipments are tracked for on time delivery / manage and control the flow of projects.

• Must interact well and often with clients, contractors and manufacturers via email, phone and in person.

Qualifications

Qualifications/Eligibility/Education:

• Experience in commercial lighting is preferred but not required; field experience is preferred. This position requires the ability to work the hours required to get the job done and requires a flexible, professional, team player with a positive, energetic personality and work ethic to meet the needs of this client-driven business.

• Experience in project management, customer fulfillment, and other commercial functions required.

• Experience leading and driving engagement across a cross-functional team.     

• Ability to successfully manage multiple/varying priorities. 

• Demonstrated experience leading a project through multiple phases. 

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. 

• Detail oriented with superior organizational skills. 

• Positive attitude and confidence in working with high profile accounts. 

• Experience with data analysis and spreadsheet tools. 

• Ability to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers.

• Applicant must be able to respond to client needs in a positive manner while maintaining a professional demeanor.

• Strong written and verbal skills are essential for this position. Applicant must be able to exchange detailed information with co-workers, our clients and our vendors concisely and must have a firm grasp of the English Language

• Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license

• U.S. citizen or ability to prove legal residency and eligibility to work in U.S.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification a plus but not required.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental studies from an accredited 4-year university or college PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED (or equivalent work experience).

• Minimum 3 years in a customer focused role

• Microsoft suite (heavy excel) proficiency

• Ability to travel up to 20% of the year
