• You are the contact person for our international customers for inquiries regarding payment and order processing, as well as cancellations and returns
• Handling customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, social media and additional sales platforms
• Managing and maintaining customer data in our systems
• Supporting our country managers

• Professional experience in the customer service field is an advantage
• Excellent language skills in English, both orally and in writing
• Strong customer and service orientation, open, outgoing, and friendly manner.
• Problem-solving orientation, reliability, and resilience
• Experienced handling of PC and Internet
• Always a smile on your face
