Job Description

  • You are the contact person for our Dutch customers for inquiries regarding payment and order processing, as well as cancellations and returns
  • Handling customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, social media and additional sales platforms
  • Managing and maintaining customer data in our systems
  • Supporting our country managers (e.g. revising customer documents in the local language)

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in the customer service field is an advantage
  • Excellent language skills in Dutch, both orally and in writing
  • Basic knowledge of English or German is mandatory
  • Another language is an advantage (preferably Spanish or French)
  • Strong customer and service orientation, open, outgoing, and friendly manner.
  • Problem-solving orientation, reliability, and resilience
  • Experienced handling of PC and Internet
  • Always a smile on your face
