Job Description

Ravinia Festival is seeking Access Monitors to supervise ingress and egress in Ravinia parking lots throughout the day during the concert season.

  • Provide directions to patrons, vendors and visitors
  • Determine which vehicles are authorized to enter the parking lots during the day
  • Relay information regarding time of lot opening, time of concerts, etc.
  • Secure park entrances just prior to park opening once the evening parking staff has arrived

  • Ability and willingness to interact with the public
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Customer Service experience a plus

Additional Information

Working Conditions:

Required to work outdoors in all kinds of weather conditions. Typical hours are 8:00 am -  4:30 pm and weekend availability is required. Access Monitors are positioned at the entrances of Ravinia's parking lots during the day and will be expected to work 5 days a week on a rotating schedule.
