Job Description

We are in need of a friendly and service-oriented and Member Service Representatives who will be responsible for serving members, guests, and program participants in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner.

S/he not only builds relationships by greeting members and guests but is also responsible for problem-solving and for performing technical/administrative tasks to best serve them.

Responsibilities include: greeting members by name, answering phones, giving tours, being able to learn and retain all aspects of our vast membership and program information, and all aspects of member service. 

Qualifications

Candidates must be 18 years of age, have a minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalency.

1-3 years of  (face to face) customer service sales or related experience.

Strong interpersonal and communication and problem-solving skills are a must!

Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.

Computer knowledge, a great attitude, outgoing personality and a big smile are a must!

We are in need of candidates who can work afternoons, evening and weekend shifts.

COMPENSATION

  • Starting salary based on experience; Part-Time; Non-Exempt (up to 20 hrs/week)
