Primarily focused on the systems and network administration for the test and core support infrastructures with some minor support of analyst workstations. These tasks will include assisting with new infrastructure component deployments including new systems (Linux/BSD servers, hypervisors, Windows clients) and new routers/switches as well as ensuring smooth operation of the testing environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

    1 to 3 years of systems / network administration experience
    Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems
    Understanding of TCP/IP (IPv4 and IPv6) and the OSI layers
    Familiar with routing, switching, VLANs and Ethernet
    Familiar with firewall, IDS/IPS, and application layer security devices
    Understanding of DHCP, NAT and DNS
    Familiar with Linux and/or BSD based distributions
    Experience with the Linux command line
    Experience with scripting (bash, python, perl)
    Understanding of virtualization technologies
    Experience with Windows XP, Vista and/or 7
    Experience using a trouble ticketing system
    Experience working with a variety of network cabling types
    Strong analytical skills
    Ability to produce thorough and accurate documentation
    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adaptable in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
