Job Description

Randstad in partnership with Bose is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team of talented sales / service professionals as a Focused Sell Through Representative in the challenging consumer electronics field.  If you enjoy making a real impact on the business and working on a team with other smart, passionate people, then we want to meet you.

The Focused Sell Through Representative position will perform a variety of in-store and field-based activities that drives sell through of Bose® products within a designated territory.  This Representative will work a retail schedule that allows visits to a reseller during strategic times of the day and week to include nights and weekends Responsibilities include: demonstrating and selling consumer electronics products during busy retail hours, ensuring the presentation and maintenance of our products and displays meets or exceeds Bose merchandising standards; performing individual and group training for retail sales personnel; building and leveraging relationships through out the assigned region; and creating  Bose advocates across our reseller distribution.

Qualifications

Merchandising:

  • Ensure Bose products and displays are fully functional.
  • Clean all products and displays to ensure a consistent, powerful and relevant presentation of the Bose brand.
  • Ensure all Bose display areas are fully stocked with inventory and properly signed.
  • Install and setup new displays
  • Perform display retrofit/refresh initiatives during specified periods.

 

Customer Experiences:

  • Consistently conduct product demonstrations using Bose defined methodology and customer focused engagement strategy
  • Create an environment within the storefront in which extraordinary and lasting experiences are provided to every customer by personalizing Bose products to fit their unique needs

 

Training & Building Relationships/Advocacy

  • Deliver and communicate key promotional and product launch materials.
  • Perform individual, small group and all-store training for retail salespeople.
  • Strengthen and leverage existing instore Bose Certified Consultants relationships towards our company, our products, and yourself enabling Bose to be a strongly recommended brand.

 

Store Visit/Market Scheduling:

  • Execute store visit scheduling and strategies to visit assigned store locations within a 2 week or less rotation.
