Job Description

Randstad is currently recruiting a Customer Service Representative for an America’s leading retail pharmacy. The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years in a high volume call center environment. The role requires outbound calls to members regarding prescriptions.

Qualifications

Experience and Skill Requirements:

• At least 2 years related experience/ Prefer 2 years in a high volume call center environment

• Good written and verbal and communication skills 

• Strong attention to detail

• Good judgment and problem solving skills

• Able to multi-task


Education 

HS Diploma/GED Required
