Job Description



Operations Support is responsible for supporting the Operations Specialists with daily tasks. This will include searching and locating supporting research mortgage documents using web based tools. Communicating with Homeowners Associations/Management Companies to obtain status of ordered mortgage documents. This position will be responsible for requesting and receiving mortgage information via phone, fax, e-mail, and mail. Position will require uploading of HOA documents and inputting data from these documents into the system. Applicant will need to develop a thorough knowledge of departmental functions, procedures, and resources in order to provide accurate information to customers.





Qualifications

Education 

HS Diploma/GED Required 


Experience and Skill Requirements 


•  Mortgage industry experience / any mortgage experience, mortgage document, mortgage process, mortgage loan


• Good written and verbal and communication skills 


• Strong attention to detail


• Good judgment


• Basic Computer Skills
