Salary is $50,000 - $70,000

Job Description

• Perform various clerical accounting functions to include: data entry, journal entry drafting, account analyses, typing, filing, photocopying.

• Process all accounting information (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or General Ledger) in an accurate and timely manner, as directed. 

• Assist in the preparation of year-end schedules, as directed.  

• Support the Accounts Payable Coordinator with A/P accounting, as directed. 

• Support Accounting Manager with rebilling client accounts receivable. 

• Reconcile Credit Card Statements monthly.

• Responsible for entering journal entries as required.

• Prepare year-end entries and accruals, as necessary for A/P or A/R.  

• Support AP Coordinator with year-end 1099 process.

Any other duties as deemed necessary by the position.
