Job Description:
We are looking for highly skilled individual coaches to engage in the biggest change programs in the client’s recent history. The coaches will be part of a team enabling a total transformation of Technology and the way the business operates at the bank. They will be working in a line of business enabling and coaching large through their adoption Agile and Lean thinking and practices. 
The coaches will be working to help teams excel and lean. They will work with teams at varying levels of maturity adopt world class engineering practices, along with the tools that will be provided by the wider program as a service. They will work with and help technology and business leadership through their journey of change and adoption. 
The coaches will work with delivery and change teams to build a shared understanding of a suitable approach to running agile programmers, from product management through to planning and tracking. They will help make the direction and processes of programmers visible and transparent 
Required Skills: 

• Facilitate implementation and improvement of agile practices across the program. 
  
• Establish team ownership and responsibilities for self-managing team. 
  
• Improve team’s decision making and conflict resolution. 
  
• Facilitate the resolution of team impediments. 
  
• Develop Scrum Masters. 
  

Desired Skills: 

• 7+ years’ experience working in an agile environment 
  
• Experience in coaching and training at all levels within the agile framework. 
  
• Extensive knowledge of Lean Agile SDLC processes. 
  
• Working knowledge of Enterprise Testing and Work Mgmt tools. 
  
• Scaled Agile coach certified. 
  
• Scrum Master certified or equivalent experience. 
  
• Experience in coaching and facilitation of core agile practices: 
  

o Kanban o Value stream mapping o Feature and story backlog prioritization and grooming o Release planning (Program Increment) o Iteration/Sprint planning o Metrics (at all levels) o Story distribution practices including estimation o Agile ceremonies (scaled agile – at all levels)
