Job Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Renewal Representative to join our team in our Tampa office. This individual will play a pivotal role in the retention and expansion of software and support subscription renewals within our existing client base.

As a member of this team, you will be managing, and coordinating renewal activities, identify, evaluate customer software license needs and requirements, and presenting customers with their renewal options. Your involvement will help customers understand the benefits of working with IMAGINiT and positioning our support offerings to align with their business needs. You will collaborate with the account management team, other internal resources for expansion opportunities, and assist in strengthening customer relationships, while properly documenting all activites in CRM [Salesforce] with the end goal retaining the customer and ensuring a timely renewal.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly renewal contracts sales targets, YOY growth metrics, and KPIs.
  • Organize, prioritize, and actively work the assigned customers.
  • Contribute to the discovery, development, and management of business relationships with customers to retain software renewals and expand into other related solutions.
  • Develop and deliver renewal proposals.
  • Collaborate with account managers to develop and secure a timely renewal.
  • Utilize Salesforce to document and drive activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales.
  • Continuous personal training and development as the market and industry changes.
  • Customer success with a proven track record of providing customers with an exceptional experience
  • Increase IMAGINiT visibility in the industry using sales efficiency tools, social media, referrals, etc.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 yrs. sales experience [3-5 years preferred], Renewal /Customer Services is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage entire sales process through close.
  • Strong business acumen, and ability to have business conversations at all levels within an organization.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and CRM usage.
  • Willingness to learn with a desire to improve.
  • Strong utilization of MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook and CRM, Salesforce Lightning is a plus.
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience

Additional Information

Compensation

  • Year 1 Compensation (base salary + commissions):  $50,000 - $125,000
