Job Description

Reporting to the Director Marketing, IMAGINiT, the Marketing Manager will be accountable for defining, developing and executing on a comprehensive branding, go to market and overall marketing strategy to generate awareness and demand for the construction industry. This is a hybrid position (office and home based).

As the Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Create brand awareness for the IMAGINiT Construction solutions through a variety of marketing tactics and platforms while supporting Construction sales and services teams.
  • Develop, manage and implement strategic marketing programs, driving demand creation and lead generation activity resulting in qualified sales leads.
  • Forecast, measure and analyze impact of programs on sales cycles
  • Work with the IMAGINiT marketing team and external agencies as necessary to create compelling content
  • Position and establish IMAGINiT as an elite construction partner and top tier engineering solutions partner.
  • Manage ideation and execution of strategic marketing programs.
  • Work with internal and external resources to develop and prepare marketing collateral
  • As an Autodesk Platinum channel partner, ensure marketing programs are in alignment with Autodesk marketing goals, branding and focus
  • Maintain reports and dashboards analyzing campaign response rates, cost/lead, ROI, etc. Based on data, make recommendations to improve results or change tactics so that investments meet objectives and intended results.
  • Collaborate with sales management to brainstorm strategies to support local and national sales initiatives.
  • Support the addition of Autodesk, Leica products, and the launch of any new associated IMAGINiT service offerings.
  • Maintain regular reviews and audits of website to ensure content is current and up to date.
  • Monitor SEM/PPC investment and conversion rates for optimal performance;
  • Leverage cutting edge platforms like Eloqua, UberFlip, 6sense, Bambu and ZoomInfo to identify prospects, understand their purchasing behavior and intent, and then target with appropriate content highlighting aligned solutions and messaging.      
  • Host and moderate webcasts to clients and prospects.

Qualifications

  • Self-starter, energetic, fast learner and highly motivated individual who works well in a team environment.
  • Must enjoy a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to be creative, flexible and experimental with different tools and tactics to support ideas for growth in a startup environment. 
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience.
  • Proven excellence in marketing communications - written and oral communication as well as presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of CRM basics: data import/export, reporting.
  • Travel: 10% with international travel possible.
