Job Description

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DETAIL ORIENTED, HIGHLY ORGANIZED, BILLING ADMINISTRATOR to join our team. In this role, you will serve as an integral part of the professional services support team that is responsible for the invoicing of a variety of Consulting Services projects and training.

Responsibilities

  • Validate and invoice Services projects. This includes comparing timecards against billings approved by the Project Manager, and then comparing billings to contract terms for compliance prior to invoicing.
  • Review and approve Services projects as submitted by the Sales team. This includes a review of documentation, credit, and payment terms, and following up as needed. This task covers a variety of departments, each with their own requirements.
  • Provide support for inquiries from sales, project management, and finance as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative and invoicing experience
  • Detail oriented with ability to multitask and adapt to everchanging business needs
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a high sense of urgency
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce or other CRM tools a +
  • Able to work overtime as needed for month-end processing or periodic volume spikes in business
  • High School diploma or equivalent
