We are currently seeking a Technical Training Engineer to train and support end users in various modules of CATIA V5 and Creo. Travel is required to various client locations in the USA or Canada may be required.

Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Facilitate and deliver CATIA V5 and Creo end user training at Rand offices, client sites or web-based
  • Work with clients to help define their needs and qualify solutions to address them
  • Aid in the development and reviewing of training materials, such as course manuals
  • Provide engineering software support on Dassault Systemes and PTC products, as required

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU:

  • 2+ years of experience with Catia V5 and/or Creo. Experience with similar 3D CAD system such as NX, SolidWorks, and Inventor considered
  • Experience with mechanical design software in a 3D environment
  • Knowledge of data management applications, such as Windchill, Enovia, Teamcenter, Smarteam, or similar beneficial
  • Previous teaching experience preferred
  • 4 year post-secondary degree in an engineering or technology discipline
  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn other software applications as required
  • Ability to travel within the US, and occasionally to Canada
