WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE EXCITED BY TECHNOLOGY AND PASSIONATE ABOUT DELIVERING THE HIGHEST QUALITY PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.   IMAGINiT Technologies, a division of Rand Worldwide, provides software and services for facility managers, space planners and portfolio managers.  Our clients include universities, federal government agencies, and corporations.  To support these customers, software implementation, education, and customization is required.  The software utilized in our implementations include ARCHIBUS, databases, AutoCAD and Revit.  The Facilities Management group provides customization, configuration, drawing/data input/import, training and support for each of these software applications as they pertain to the Facilities Management database implementation. 

We are currently searching for a Maintenance Asset Training Consultant to provide technical training, presales support, and related services to our clients throughout North America.  This position will be based at either our office in Raleigh NC, at one of our other facilities, or remotely.

What will you be responsible for?

• Conducting training sessions either on-site, via webinar, or at client location for Archibus software
• Conducting technical training needs assessments by collecting information pertaining to assigned projects, procedures, work flow, and reports; understanding job-specific functions and tasks.
• Creating and maintaining instructor materials such as custom training manuals
• Maintaining technical knowledge of applications by reviewing and understanding enhancements released.
• Demonstrating Archibus to prospective customers 
•  Building short proofs of concepts to show product capabilities
• Developing a sales strategy for each client in partnership with the Account Executive.

• Experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar experience
• Experience with maintenance management or asset management software
• Experience with software demonstrations
• Experience creating canned training videos and demonstrations
• Experience with BIRT Reporting and AutoCAD is a plus
• Experience with creating and maintaining documentation including training manuals and requirements documents.
• Strong communication skills and a dynamic presence
• Resourceful with strong problem solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to well in a team setting
• Ability to travel up to 60%.
