Job Description

The Inside Sales Associate is responsible driving sales revenue through software contract renewals, lead referrals and other products in their assigned territory.  In this role you will:

  • Conduct outbound customer calls to make customers aware of their upcoming software subscription renewals
  • Use Salesforce CRM System to create customer proposals and document all customer activity
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone and email to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work with existing customers to maintain our high software subscription renewal close rate and team quota

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to manage a high volume of outgoing customer calls and will be:

  • Customer focused with a passion for exceptional customer service
  • Highly proficient with technology and have the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced inside sales/customer service environment
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, with good time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a structured environment with the ability to follow specific processes and procedures
  • A self-starter, high energy and results oriented
  • Previous sales, customer service experience, inside sales or outbound calling and or exposure to CRM systems a plus
