Peninsula Private Hospital is recruiting experienced Enrolled Nurses to join our team commencing January 2027 in our Medical and Surgical Wards.

About the Role 

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will utilise your clinical skills to deliver high-quality patient care within your scope of practice, while working alongside Registered Nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes. 

Depending on your ward and specialty, you'll: 

• Assess, plan and coordinate care for acute medical and post-operative patients. 
• Administer medications, IV therapies and prescribed treatments. 
• Manage wounds, drains, pain and other specialty-specific care needs. 
• Monitor patients, recognise deterioration and support recovery and discharge planning. 

To be considered, you'll need: 

• Current AHPRA registration and Australian working rights.
• At least 12 months' recent acute medical or surgical nursing experience in a hospital setting. 
• IV medication administration qualification and competency. 
• Strong clinical observation, wound care and patient safety skills, with effective communication and teamwork.

• Remuneration: Base hourly rate ranging from $36.13- $40.41 + super based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances (VIC Enrolled Nurse Year1-Year8*).

• Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
• According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
