Dudley Private Hospital is a 62 bed facility that provides a comprehensive range of medical, surgical, rehabilitation and psychiatric services. The hospital has 4 Operating Theatres including a Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory. Apart from general medical and surgical beds there are 27 licensed rehabilitation beds, a cardiac care unit and a 15 bed mental health unit, known as the Ramsay Clinic Orange. The Hospital is owned and operated by Ramsay Health Care.

About the role
In this dynamic position, you will deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessment and evidence-based treatments across a varied caseload. You will work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering the best possible patient care.
This role offers exceptional opportunities to expand your clinical repertoire, including:
- Conducting targeted assessment and therapy for a wide range of clinical presentations.
- Facilitating therapeutic group exercise sessions.
- Developing new clinical skills, such as plastering techniques.
- Delivering specialized hydrotherapy sessions.
- Supporting acute inpatient wards.
- Participating in a casual weekend roster to support service continuity.

Essential criteria
- Tertiary qualification or degree in Physiotherapy.
- Current, unconditional registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA.
- Previous physiotherapy experience is desirable; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong clinical assessment and analytical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to plan, implement, and evaluate physiotherapy treatment programs.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and availability to participate in the weekend roster.
