Warringal Private's Graduate Program is a structured pathway that supports your transition from graduate to confident, skilled practitioner. Our program is delivered over two distinct stages;
- Year 1: Explore Your Potential: Gain diverse experience through rotations in various clinical settings, including: Medical, Surgical, Oncology, Orthopaedics, Cardiac, Theatre, Endoscopy and Day Surgery.
- Year 2: Focus Your Expertise: Tailor your development year to your chosen specialty, receiving dedicated mentoring and support to refine your skills and advance your career.

Qualifications
- Have completed or are on track to complete your Bachelor of Nursing.
- Eligible for AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse by February 2027
- Hold valid Australian work rights.
