Job Description
Ramsay Health Care is seeking an experienced Wage Compliance Project Manager to support the delivery of strategic initiatives that enable our wage compliance program and drive organisational improvement. This role will combine project management, business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement capability to deliver practical solutions that improve processes, enhance efficiency, and support sustainable business outcomes. Working across Corporate, Finance, Digital, and operational teams, you will play a key role in translating business requirements into actionable outcomes and supporting projects through effective governance, collaboration, and delivery. Please note this role can be based in Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne.
What You’ll Do
You will support the successful delivery of wage compliance initiatives by partnering with stakeholders, analysing business needs, and driving projects from concept through to implementation.
Key accountabilities include:
- Manage project activities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance requirements.
- Gather and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
- Conduct process reviews, gap analysis, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with Corporate, Finance, Digital, and operational teams to deliver outcomes.
- Analyse data and develop insights, reporting, and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Support transformation initiatives, process improvements, and system enhancements.
- Maintain clear project documentation and reporting.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted delivery partner.
What You’ll Bring
You are a proactive and outcome-focused project professional with strong analytical capability and the ability to work across complex stakeholder environments.
- Experience in project management, business analysis, consulting, or transformation roles.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and problem-solving.
- Experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and developing insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capability.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments.
