Caboolture Private Hospital is a fully accredited surgical and medical hospital situated in the outer Northern reaches of Brisbane - at the southern end of the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Caboolture Private is a Preferred – Tier 1 Department of Veterans Affairs accredited hospital which allows Veterans to have immediate access to the facilities without, in most cases, the need for prior approval.

This hospital has 43 beds, 3 fully equipped operating theatres, a 12 chair Day Procedure Unit and a comfortable day oncology unit. The Hospital is collocated with Caboolture Public Hospital.

We are seeking a motivated professional Administration Officer to support our visiting medical specialists and their patients within our Sessional Rooms.

About You

To thrive in this position, you should be an eager individual with a strong passion for customer service.  You are a highly organised, enthusiastic professional, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.  You will be a well-presented individual who possesses highly developed communication skills, is flexible and excels in a multi-disciplined team environment.

 You will also bring;

• Strong computer literacy and skills using Microsoft applications
• Knowledge of Medicare, DVA, Workcover is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cloud-based programs Genie, Gentu and Clinic to Cloud would be an advantage but we are happy to train the right candidate.
• Ability to complete tasks in designated timeframes
• High level of computer skills within the Microsoft suite
