Are you a passionate and dedicated Theatre Nurse (RN) looking to make a difference in a friendly, collaborative environment? We are seeking motivated RNs to join our busy Scrub-Scout Perioperative team. As a Scrub Scout you will play a dual perioperative role, alternating between prepping and passing sterile instruments directly to the surgeon at the operating table and managing the broader theatre environment, safety checks, and unsterile supplies from the periphery.

In this role you will have access to an outstanding working environment and opportunities to develop your skills within our growing specialties including Orthopaedics, General and Urology.

Skills and Experience

• Relevant registration with AHPRA as Registered or Enrolled Nurses
• Minimum two (2) years acute hospital experience
• Experience within scrub scout role
• Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient.
• Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.
• Flexibility to move across different specialties where required
