We are seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our Day of Surgery Area (DOSA) team at Noosa Hospital on a Casual basis. Join our dynamic Day of Surgery Area (DOSA) team as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, managing the seamless pre-operative preparation and initial recovery of patients. In this fast-paced, rewarding role, you will utilize your advanced clinical skills to deliver high-quality, efficient care during the critical early stages of the patient's surgical journey. As a member of our clinical team, you will plan, deliver and evaluate care to patients with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders, ensuring a high standard of quality service is provided.

In this role you will:

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of the Nurse Unit Manager across Day of Surgery Area.
• Assist with clinical procedures and patient monitoring in line with best practice and surgical interventions.
• Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centred team environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with Ramsay policies and the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) standards.

About You

You are a reliable, team-focused Enrolled Nurse with strong communication and organisational skills. You will also demonstrate:

• Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse IV Qualified (No Notations) (essential).
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong time management skills and a commitment to patient safety.
