We have a rare and exciting opportunity for Assistant in Nursing (AINs) to join our team in our Care at Masada Private Hospital.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering patient-centred care in a fast-paced acute hospital environment. The successful candidates will be caring, reliable, and passionate about patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition
• Support nursing staff with routine clinical tasks and patient observations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive ward environment
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families
• Assist with patient transfers and mobility
• Accurately document care and communicate changes in patient condition

Essential Criteria

• Have a Certificate III in Health Services Assistance with acute hospital care experience OR are currently enrolled as a 2nd or 3rd year Registered Nursing or Registered Midwife student.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide compassionate care to patients with complex medical needs
• Commitment to maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality
