Experienced Registered Nurse required for a high-performing, 15-bed Level 4 Special Care Nursery providing specialised care to neonates born at or above 32 weeks' gestation. The successful candidate will manage a diverse neonatal patient load and must demonstrate advanced clinical proficiency in managing infants requiring Bubble CPAP respiratory support. This role demands a dedicated professional capable of delivering high-quality, family-centered care within a fast-paced, specialised neonatal environment.

About the Role

• Provide family focused care to Babies and their families
• Communicate with the VMO’s and the Multidisciplinary team to provide excellent standards of care.
• Recognise deterioration and escalate appropriately.
• Continue building your confidence and skills in a supportive, team-based environment

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings compassion, professionalism, and teamwork to every shift. You’ll have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife
• 1-2 years of recent relevant clinical experience in acute paediatric care
• Competency in IV insertion, CTG interpretation and epidural management
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Postgraduate qualification in Midwifery or related specialty (desirable)
