Why do we need you?

We are looking for a Social Impact intern to join our team!

As our new intern you will be part of our multidisciplinary R&D department, working alongside architects, engineers, social scientists, computational designers, sustainability experts and PhDs to advance sustainability within the built environment. You will work directly with our Head of Social Impact, contributing to international projects of varying scales and typologies, focusing on the experiential qualities of the built environment and the impact of design on individuals and communities.

You will work with qualitative and quantitative data, conduct user and stakeholder analysis, translate findings into written and graphic material, and develop tailored strategies for inclusion to support our projects.

What are we looking for?
We value open-minded and curious people who are passionate about advancing inclusion in our cities and designed spaces. We expect you to be able to think critically and holistically about design, engaging constructively in conversations that address cultural nuance, bias, diversity, accessibility, sustainability, demographic change, generational shifts, social cohesion and more.

An ideal candidate has a background or experience that can bridge between social sciences, humanities and design, motivation to learn, great communication skills (writing, graphics, oral) and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, at times moving between several projects simultaneously.

At minimum, you need to have completed your bachelor's degree, possess strong communication skills, proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, competence in diagramming and graphic presentations. Experience with qualitative research methods and socio-spatial analysis are a big advantage.

Commitment required is 6 months, with possibility to extend. This internship is intended to be a part of your studies and requires you to be enrolled as a student.

About the internship
Joining our Copenhagen office, you will be part of a company working with international projects of all scales and sizes. We offer intern positions for 6-12 months, with the opportunity for extension. You must be enrolled as a student for the full duration. Start date: January 2027. The internship is paid.
